Proven ability to define and guide objectives, roadmaps, and technical requirements for Technology platforms (AI, Analytics, Digital Cloud & On-Prem) to deliver measurable outcomes and scale solutions. Track record of delivering cost savings for clients through rationalizing both supply and demand side economics including applications, data centers, organizations & vendors, technology strategies, automation, financial analysis, data analytics, and process improvements. He has provided these services across several industries including healthcare, retail, financial services, technology, telecom, chemicals and education.
He has been recognized as a thought leader with featured article in Texas CEO Magazine and published book, “Startup Predicament: Guide to Fulfilling Startup Dreams for Experienced Professionals”.
He advises and serves on boards of non-profits that promote STEM curriculum and Startups that are poised to break the mold.
He has an MBA from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and MS in Industrial Management and Systems Engineering from West Virginia University.
Faisal Masood
Managing Partner
Faisal Masood is a seasoned Technology and Operations Leader with over 25 years of experience in the Banking Technology and Financial Consulting sectors. Faisal has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing technology teams while optimizing service delivery to enhance organizational profitability. His career includes over two decades in pivotal infrastructure technology roles at JP Morgan Chase and Ernst & Young. He serves as the Managing Partner of Cloud Metrics focused on servicing clients to reduce and optimize IT spending which includes both public cloud as well as on-Prem infrastructure.
Beyond his professional achievements, Faisal is deeply passionate about empowering others to realize their potential. He is actively involved in various non-profit initiatives focused on entrepreneurship and education. He has played a key role in establishing industrial training schools in underprivileged regions of India and has founded a family foundation in Patna, Bihar, India, which provides scholarships to deserving students. He also serves on the advisory board of the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya, India.
Faisal has an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Chicago.

Steve’s career includes key roles at Ernst & Young (EY) and JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he spearheaded transformative initiatives such as Cloud Adoption and New Technology Investments and has demonstrated his ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Known for his strategic vision and strong communication skills, Steve is committed to driving innovation, efficiency, and value in every project he undertakes. He is a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and is dedicated to achieving organizational goals through collaboration and innovation.
Steve holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Control Data Institute NY and has earned IBM Automation Badges for Turbonomic and Apptio Cloudability Technical Sales. Steve also has certifications in ITIL v3 Foundations, Azure Fundamentals, and various Microsoft disciplines.
